Terms and Conditions for SpeechFit Visa Gift Card Giveaway
Eligibility: This giveaway is open to members of the SpeechFit community who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of SpeechFit, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.
How to Enter: To enter, participants must reply to the specified email with their feedback on SpeechFit - mentioning one thing they like or don't like about the service. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
Selection of Winners: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by representatives of SpeechFit on or around April 4, 2024. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prizes: Ten (10) winners will receive a VISA gift card valued at $100 each. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or prize substitution is allowed except at the discretion of SpeechFit.
Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via email to the email address provided in the entry form. If a winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made within seven (7) days of SpeechFit's first attempt to contact them, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, their prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
Testimonial Permission: By entering the giveaway, participants grant SpeechFit permission to share their feedback, in whole or in part, as a testimonial on the SpeechFit website and other marketing materials, without any further compensation. Participants can request anonymity for their testimonials.
Privacy: By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to SpeechFit's use of their personal information as described in the SpeechFit Privacy Policy.
Liability and Laws: By entering, participants release and hold harmless SpeechFit and its affiliates, from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or any prize won. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
Sponsor: The giveaway is sponsored by SpeechFit, whose decisions regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the contest shall be final and binding in all respects.
Acknowledgment: By participating in the giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of SpeechFit, and that they satisfy all eligibility requirements.
